January 2008
* 1.68 acres of land located at 82 Glenn Street in Caribou was officially deeded to CCDM!
* Brownfield Grant Approved, $50,000 for environmental evaluation
* Tim Doak, B.R. Smith Associates, volunteered to survey the land

February 2008
* Bob Marley Concert - fundraiser sponsored by Caribou Fire Dept.
* First Annual Chocolate Festival

March 2008
* High Meadow Concert at CPAC

April 2008
* Northern Maine Community College donates a digital reaction timer machine exhibit to CCDM
* Jeans Across Aroostook Day - dress down day at several businesses - fundraiser
* Dale and Lynne Collins apple pie sales fundraiser $1,200

May 2008
* Annual Meeting

June 2008
* Future site sign gets erected on Glenn Street property
* Conceptual design is created by BR Smith Associates
* Jim Chandler custom-made potato truck is donated to CCDM for a fundraiser (generated $5,345)

July 2008
* Received $50,000 matching Grant from the Davis Family Foundation
* Participated in Fort Fairfield Potato Blossom, PI Balloon Festival, and Northern Maine Fair with a booth

August 2008
* Received $2,500 grant from Maine Community Foundation
* Participated in the Caribou Cares About Kids parade and had exhibit at the Park
* Participated in the Family Fun Day at the P.I. Forum

September 2008
* Received $1,000 grant from Light House Foundation (Ray and Sandy Gauvin)
* Held a Family Fun Day at the Caribou Recreation Center
* Participated in Potato Picker's Special on WAGM TV

October 2008
* Received $2,500 grant from Wing-Benjamin Foundation
* Participated in NMCC Fall and Winter Sports and Recreation Show and Cary Medical Center Health Fair

November 2008
* Second Kounty Kids Got Talent Show

December 2008
* Dahlgren Tree Farm fundraiser - Christmas tree sales
